Grand Valley Fall Fair

How to submit your entries:

(i) Obtain an exhibitor number in advance from:
registrar@grandvalleyfallfair.ca
or on Thursday Sept. 20 or Friday Sept. 21 from the Secretary Desk on the arena floor.

(ii) Pay $5 exhibitor fee which goes towards prize money.

(iii) Fill in exhibitor sheet 2019 (download it here) and entry tag (example below) with Class & Section of the item. (Only one entry may be made in each section by an exhibitor).

Tags are available at Grand Valley Library, local businesses and from the secretary.

(iv) Give completed exhibitor sheet to secretary:

Thursday evening, September 19, 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. or Friday morning September 20, 8:00 – 11:00 a.m.
at the G.V. Community Centre. Please allow sufficient time to prepare your entry tags and sheet.

(v) Give it a try; we’d like to have your exhibits.

All exhibits can be placed in the hall Thursday September 19 from 7-9pm

All exhibited items must be removed from the hall between 3:30 and 5:00 pm on Sunday September 23rd.
