How to submit your entries:
(i) Obtain an exhibitor number in advance from:
gvagsociety@live.com
or from the Secretary Desk on the arena floor.
(ii) Pay $5 exhibitor fee which goes towards prize money.
(iii) Fill in exhibitor sheet (download it here) and entry tag with Class & Section of the item. (Only one entry may be made in each section by an exhibitor).
(iv) Give completed exhibitor sheet to secretary:

at the G.V. Community Centre. Please allow sufficient time to prepare your entry tags and sheet. Entries must be submitted by 11AM Friday. Judging will begin @ 1PM Friday
(v) Give it a try; we’d like to have your exhibits.
