We are using AssistExpo to manage entries to our fair. To enter online, you simply go to https://www.assistexpo.ca/grand-valley-agricultural-society and create an AssistExpo account if you don’t already have one. Once your account is created, you will be able to add your entries. If you need guidance, look for the HELP button. You’ll see, it’s easy!

Bring your Exhibit Thursday, Sept. 18, from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. and Friday, Sept.19, 8:00 – 11:00 a.m.

Fill in exhibitor sheet (download it here) and entry tag  with Class & Section of the item. (Only one entry may be made in each section by an exhibitor).

Give completed exhibitor sheet to secretary:

JUDGING 
at the G.V. Community Centre. Please allow sufficient time to prepare your entry tags and sheet. Entries must be submitted by 11:00 a.m. Friday. Judging will begin @ 1:00 p.m. Friday
