    -2 Chairs along with 1 (or 2) 8 foot tables will be provided

    -2 Free weekend passes provided per 8 foot booth, except where noted above. See above for additional weekend passes.

    -Reasonable effort will be made to accommodate vendor's desired location. However, there are no guarantees, All final decisions to be made by the Grand Valley Agricultural Society.

    -Every effort is made to have a variety of goods and services. However, there may be more than one vendor providing the same service.

    -All vendors are responsible for the removal of all garbage, including grease and oil, from the fairgrounds.

    -Non-profit organizations with "information only" booth (not selling tickets, food, and/or product) are exempt from having to provide insurance. A waiver is required.

    -Department of Health Special Event Vendor Application for food vendors must be submitted by fax or email to the information provided on the application. Application can be found on the vendor page at grandvalleyfallfair.ca or www.wdgpublichealth.ca

    -Booth Space will be reserved upon receipt of application and payment and approval by GVAS. Receipts, passes and booth locations will be provided at the time of set up or mailed prior to the event. Tent set up is allowed on Thursday night between 7pm and 9pm or Friday at 5pm. There is no security provided until Friday. Please see Covener for location. When unloading is complete, any unnecessary vehicles must be moved to the vendor parking area along the fence by back gate 9signs). Grounds map and events schedule will be provided.
